Boya BY-PVM3000S Supercardioid Shotgun Microphone Overview

The Boya BY-PVM3000S is a professional shotgun microphone kit, with interchangeable microphone capsules: small, medium and large. This allows BY-PVM3000 to be widely used for various applications such as film-making, broadcasting, media production, sports commentary etc. BY-PVM3000S comes with a small microphone capsule included.

With its supercardioid polar pattern, Boya BY-PVM3000S can effectively reject any unwanted background noise from side and rear. BY-PVM3000S has a wide pick up angle, about 70 degrees, with the loudest volume of sound recordings and the most ambient sound, suitable for when the sound source is very close to the microphone.

BY-PVM3000 features a built-in low cut filter switch on the preamplifier. If there are low frequency noises from air conditioner or traffic while recording, switch to the low-cut mode to eliminate these noises. The mic comes with 3-pin XLR plug. If it needs to be used with a DSLR or camcorder audio cable is required.
