Rode Stereo VideoMic Pro

The Rode Stereo VideoMic Pro features an upgraded version of the popular Stereo VideoMic Pro microphone but now includes a Rycote Lyre shockmount, higher-sensitivity X/Y capsules, a denser foam windscreen, better RF shielding, a thick Kevlar braided cable. It can be used for DSLR and camcorders and is suitable for recording music and atmospheric ambience, which is essential in building a realistic audio scene.

The microphone retains all of the switch locations and other features as the previous model and features a high-pass filter switch at 75 Hz for minimizing low-frequency noise, and a -10 dB pad for maximizing headroom on behalf of capturing loud signals without distortion. It allows you to capture broadcast recording quality with the on-camera microphone.
